Worship

There are many styles of worship, many ways to express our love and devotion to God. What is our "style"? We can probably best be described as traditional with contemporary overtones. We use a traditional liturgy with some praise and worship songs added in. To the traditional instrumentation of organ and piano we sometimes add guitars, a keyboard, and drums. Because we are a multi-generational congregation, it is important to us to try to incorporate music and other liturgical elements into each service that will connect with everyone at some level. Some would call that a "blended" style. But when it is all said and done the only real question we ask is this: "Was God happy? Did He smile as we worshiped Him today?"

We meet for worship twice every Sunday. Our morning worship service begins at 9:30. In the evening we gather again at 6:00 to end our day in the presence of our God. We realize that you have many places where you could go to worship. It would be our privilege to have you choose to join us here at Graafschap Church. You are welcome here!
